In addition to the practice’s normal opening hours, you can also book an appointment to see a local clinician in the evenings or on Saturday and Sunday at locations across South Worcestershire. GP practices are working together to provide extended access appointments to our patients. This means that your extended access appointment may be with a different GP, nurse or based in a different location or practice than you are used to, and some of these appointments are telephone only. These appointments are pre-bookable by contacting the surgery during our opening times – when calling please ask for an extended access appointment and our receptionists will help you to find a convenient appointment.

Please ask a member of the Reception Team for more information on the simple set up of an online account which will give you access to be able to book pre-bookable appointments online via your PC, tablet or phone.

To cancel an appointment- please call 01905 879100 if you know in advance that you can't make an appointment.
In May 2018, 160 appointments were not attended by our patients or cancelled in advance.
That means that around 26 hours of clinical time could have been used by patients needing to see a clinician.
We ask patients to respect other patients at the surgery by taking into consideration that if you can not attend your appointment, by cancelling it promptly, the appointment could be used by another patient who really does need to see a clinician.

Access & Facilities
Farrier House Surgery has wheelchair access throughout. Facilities are available for the deaf.
We are sorry that we are unable to provide parking for patients at the surgery. There are a number of parking bays on Farrier Street and car parks available in the City Centre within walking distance.
