We are no longer the Walk in Centre, we run our surgery the same way as all the other surgeries in Worcester. 

_

Appointments 

- For Urgent (on the day issues) - please book on the day, patients will be triaged by a clinician over the phone first. 

- For Routine issues - please book your check up or appointment in advance

- Please note that since December 2016 the Practice can now offer certain routine appointments on later on a weeknight and Saturday mornings

To cancel an appointment- please call 01905 879100 if you know in advance that you can't make an appointment.

In August 2016 a total of 173 appointments were not attended and could have been used for other patients.

In November 2016 a total of 208 appointments were not attended by patients. This has significantly increased since August.

In December 2016 a total of 164 appointments were not attended by patients.

This was 27 hours of clinical time that could have been used for other patients.

We ask patients to respect other patients at the surgery by taking into consideration that if you can not attend your appointment, by cancelling it promptly the appointment could be used by another patient who really does need to see a clinician.

Access & Facilities

Farrier House Surgery has wheelchair access throughout. Facilities are available for the deaf.
